If you haven't seen it yet, there's a video online that allegedly shows one of the Powerball winners the moment he found out he hit the jackpot.

--It's security footage from a gas station outside Washington D.C., but apparently he bought the ticket in Arizona.  And as soon as he realizes he won, he FREAKS OUT and starts showing it to people to make sure it's true.

--The guy hasn't come forward yet, but he was in a neon yellow outfit, so apparently he's a construction worker . . . or WAS anyway.
