We've all seen cats and dogs befriending each other thanks to the internet; and now there is an even more heartwarming friendship.

A lioness has adopted a baby impala after killing its mother.

The baby impala apparently has become the newest member of the pride in Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda.
